Single Session Thinking

The emphasis is on one session. We prepare, and approach the session, as if it is the only time that we would have together, and what would you like to achieve

Not everyone who comes to therapy wants long term support and sometimes a person needs is a non-judgemental space to thrash out a current situation. It is not always easy to talk to friends and family about personal situations; single session approach can provide an opportunity too help a person explore a current situation, and discuss it within the safety of the therapeutic relationship.  An example of these issues are:​

  • Confusion over a break up, or thinking of ending a relationship with a partner.

While the primary focus of our one-session therapy is to address your issues swiftly, I am open to clients returning for additional sessions if needed. I believe in flexibility and tailoring my services to meet your unique needs.
